Things to do in Hossa
The forests of Hossa invite you for a visit. In the national park, you may also move along outside the trails, but it is advisable to use paths to avoid eroding the terrain. Please adhere to the national park’s rules and the principles of litter-free hiking.
Always take clothing and gear to suit the weather. In Hossa, the mobile phone coverage is fairly good, but there may also be “dead zones”.
Lighting a campfire is allowed at campfire sites if a forest fire warning is not in effect. You may use a portable camping stove in the terrain, as well.
The waters in Hossa are very clean, but not all of them have been studied. You can get drinking water from the visitor centre. A safe way to clean the drinking water is to boil it for a few minutes, during which any microbes will die.
